Working with Jeremy Craft over the past year has been a wonderful experience. His patience with us during our custom home build was truly professional and very pleasant. Building a custom home with Jeremy Craft was a great experience. As first time home builders, we had no idea what to expect out of the process. Jeremy guided us from start to finish and made us feel at ease. He is patient, personable, and professional. He has good relationships with his sub-contractors and expects a high level of workmanship and respect from them. Jeremy truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We highly recommend him for anyone considering a custom home build.

Our home on our ranch was completed December of 2017 by Jeremy Craft. He took over the building of our home after our builder quit our project upon the realization that the scope of the work was too difficult and challenging for them. Our home has a great deal of 200 year old reclaimed beams and wood, combined with metal doors and windows and rock…a true “Modern ranch” home. We were lucky enough to meet Jeremy through one of our vendors. Taking over this project was no easy task and Jeremy could not have been more professional, responsible, available, and competent. His work ethics, attention to detail and organization was beyond admirable. As you can imagine, we were devastated that our builder not only left the project, but also for the countless screw ups, lack of on site supervision, their incompetent subs, financial overruns, permitting issues, just to mention a few. Jeremy had a lot on his plate by taking over this project and could not have done a better job. We cant say enough good things about Jeremy and we highly recommend him! We would be happy to show any potential customers our home and what Jeremy accomplished. Our home is a showplace ALL because of Jeremy!

Now that we have recently moved into our new home it is hard to put into words how incredible this entire process has been. Jeremy and his team took a blank piece of paper and transformed our thoughts and vision into an absolutely stunning home. Working with Jaava is much more than just building a house, it’s an experience. An experience with compassion, integrity, transparency, and patience. During a time when there were so many unknowns (global pandemic), Jeremy and his team always kept us informed. Whenever we found ourselves unsure on a selection or making a decision, Jeremy would give us the best tools and references available to make a sound decision.
